In the production process of the low-pressure gate valve, there are certain advantages in the industry due to the price and technology, so it has been used in the actual industrial production process. However, when designing the low-pressure gate valve, since it has two sealing surfaces, sealing problems are prone to occur in this process. Therefore, if the technicians want to prevent these factors from affecting the quality of the low-pressure gate valve, they must strengthen the research on its production process. In the production process, the medium temperature is not higher than 25 degrees Celsius, which can not only improve the processability, but also make up for the lack of the angle of the sealing surface and ensure the accuracy of production parameters. Because in the specific production process of low-pressure gate valves, deviations will occur in the processing process due to the influence of some objective factors, and its sealing surface can only be sealed by the medium pressure. Therefore, in the actual production process, technicians should rely on the medium’s pressure to press the sealing surface of the wedge to prevent the occurrence of sealing problems based on the actual production situation. When the gate valve is opened, if its wedge lift height is 1:1, the fluid passage is completely unblocked.

Therefore, in the process of developing and designing low-pressure gate valves, technicians must strengthen the quality control of materials in order to prevent the occurrence of sealing problems.
